By submitting this Application to the Home Artisans of Indiana, Inc. (“Home Artisans”), the Applicant agrees that, without compensation to the Applicant, Home Artisans may use photographs and information submitted to Home Artisans, as well as testimonials about Home Artisans or photographs and videos taken during Home Artisans general meetings and events, in Home Artisans’ marketing and advertisements through any medium including, but not limited to, printed materials, websites, videos, and social media.
Home Artisans members agree that the membership dues are subject to an annual increase of 2.5 percent (2.5%). This increase shall be applied automatically at the beginning of each membership year and shall be reflected in the billing statement provided to the member prior to the renewal date. Members acknowledge and accept this adjustment as part of the terms and conditions of membership.
